A fully electric all-in-one coil binding machine combining a heavy-duty electric punch, full-size electric inserter, and a built-in electric crimper into one singular design. Powered by a heavy-duty motor and heat-treated steel dies, the Achilles Coilmac-EX Pro has a maximum punch capacity of 25 sheets at a time as well as a 13 and a half inch single punching length. Full size electric coil inserter easily allows you to spin the coil onto the document and adjustable rollers on the inserter allow inserting of the full range of coils from 6 millimeter to 50 millimeter. A built-in electric crimper adjusts to crimp a full range of coil sizes, turn the knob to the left for large coils from 25 to 50 millimeter and turn it to the right for small coils from 6 to 25 millimeter. Easily crimp the ends and produce a beautifully coiled bound book. Fully disengageable dies allow for a clean and professional oval hole punch of any paper size. A continuous punching guide helps you easily align and punch oversized documents. A depth margin knob allows you to control the distance of the holes to the edge of the paper. The waste drawer holds the punch chips for easy waste removal. Let's bind a project! First you have your front and back covers and your documents. Punch the covers first then punch your paper. Use the coil diameter selector tool to help you quickly measure the thickness of your document and select your coil size. To insert your coil, manually insert the first few holes then turn the inserter on and let the inserter do the rest. To crimp the ends simply place the loop to be crimped so that it is centered between the two crimping knives, secure your side guide, then press the foot pedal to crimp, then crimp the other side.
